Ballroom Dance Expo

Location: Red River Community House

August 19-21 (Tuesday - Thursday) at the Community House

            6:30 – 8:00 pm – Adult Dance Classes

            8:15 – 9:45 pm – Teenage Dance Classes

            Cost:  $40 for all four days or $15 per night per person

 

August 22 (Friday)

            6:30 – 7:00 pm - Lesson

            7:00 – 9:00 pm – Open dance

            Cost: $15 per person

 

August 23 (Saturday)   

            7:00 – 7:30 pm – Open Workshop

            7:30 – 9:00 pm – Open dance

            Cost:  $15 per person

  

August 30 (Saturday)

            7:00 – 7:30 pm – Open Workshops

            7:30 – 9:00 pm – Open dance

            Cost:  $15 per person

 

Dr. Susan Quiring is owner and instructor of Susan’s Ballroom Dance and Class Act Etiquette, Dance and Social Skills in Bryan-College Station, Texas which presents a full range of programs, and dance instruction for children, youth, and adults. She also does programs in business and social etiquette and cotillion.

Susan has taught ballroom dancing in the Bryan-College Station region for the past 20 years and has developed dance programs for both College StationParks and Recreation Department and Texas A&M Ballroom Dance Club.  

She will be teaching the following beginning and intermediate dances:  Salsa, Swing, Cha Cha, Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, and Polka.

Her ballroom dance program includes monthly dance parties for both teens and adults, special events parties, assistance to wedding couples in preparing for that first dance as husband and wife, and private lessons.

Susan has taught dining etiquette seminars for the MaysBusinessSchool at TexasA&MUniversity. She holds an annual Cotillion for 4^th-9^th graders, an Etiquette Summer Camp for children, and an annual Ballroom Dance Camp for Teens.
