Cowboy Evenings are offered on most Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights throughout the summer. The evening begins around 5:00 or 6:00 with activities to keep the crowd entertained outside, as well as inside the barn until the meal is served at 6 pm. The meal is prepared from scratch, on the day of the dinner, using the best of ingredients. You’ll enjoy a choice of a 12-16 oz. mouth-watering marinated ribeye steak, which is hand-cut for each dinner and prepared to the temperature of your choice, or a delicious grilled chicken breast marinated in our Lewis Family Marinade. Our famous ranch biscuits are cooked fresh in dutch ovens right before your eyes! It doesn’t stop there! Your meal is also accompanied by a heaping helping of cowboy beans, corn on the cob, baked potato with the fixins, Cowboy Coffee, tea, and lemonade. Our famous fresh baked, warm cinnamon with Cowboy Coffee are a favorite to top off this incredible chuckwagon dinner. This is sure to be the best meal you’ll enjoy anywhere around!
