Mardi Gras in the Mountains
Mardi Gras in the Mountains returns to Red River February 4–9, 2027! Join us for six days of Mardi Gras celebrations, live music, events around town, and plenty of chances to let the good times roll.
One of the highlights of the week is the Mardi Gras parade, bringing colorful floats, costumes, music, and plenty of beads to Main Street. Throughout the week, you’ll find activities for all ages during the day and celebrations continuing into the evening.
The 2027 theme is “Mardi Gras in the Mountains Goes Wild, Wild West,” so break out your beads, boots, and Mardi Gras colors and join us for a little Louisiana tradition with a Red River twist.
