Bobcat Pass Cowboy Evenings
Experience Cowboy Evenings held on select Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings throughout the summer season. The evening festivities kick off at approximately 5:00 PM with a variety of outdoor and barn activities designed to entertain guests until dinner is served at 6:00 PM.
Each meal is meticulously crafted from scratch using premium ingredients. Diners can choose between a tender, hand-cut 12-16 oz. marinated ribeye steak cooked to their preference or a succulent grilled chicken breast marinated in the signature Lewis Family Marinade. Freshly baked ranch biscuits are prepared on-site in Dutch ovens.
The meal includes generous portions of cowboy beans, corn on the cob, baked potatoes with all the toppings, and beverages such as Cowboy Coffee, tea, and lemonade. Cap off the evening with warm, freshly baked cinnamon rolls accompanied by Cowboy Coffee. This unforgettable Chuck Wagon Dinner promises a dining experience like no other in the area!
